Product description : Half-track model: Sd.Kfz.6 / 2 3.7cm Flak 37 Auf Selbstfahlafette
The Sd.Kfz.6 / 2 was an Sd.Kfz.6 equipped with a special superstructure accommodating the 37 mm Flak 37 full-rotation anti-aircraft gun. The gun was equipped with a shield and used in an antiaircraft role but also against ground targets. The ammunition was transported in a trailer. Production began in 1941 and ended in 1943 with a total of 339 devices produced, which would be transferred to the anti-aircraft units of the Lutwaffe. Later the Sd.Kfz.6 / 2 was replaced by the Sd.Kfz.7 / 2.
