Wooden fishing boat model: Andrea Gail at 1/60 scale of the Billing Boats brand.

The uninspected commercial fishing vessel Andrea Gail departed Gloucester, Massachusetts, on 20 September 1991 with six crew members on board. The crew intended to fish for swordfish in the Grand Banks region of Newfoundland, Canada. The ship and six crew members are still missing and are presumed lost at sea in a major storm, called "Perfect Storm" by a meteorologist and made famous by Sebastian Junger’s book (the book was later adapted into a film).
